Differentiate your True Prospects from polite explorers and those who are unlikely to ever convert. True Prospects need as much time as you can possibly give them.

3. Develop a Champion 
You will need an advocate who supports you with a LOT of energy… getting attention inside big organizations is almost impossible without inside support and guidance. We will touch on the personality type of your Champion as that plays a big role.

4. Understand the Client’s Unique Process 
Do they use centralized decision-making? De-centralized? How many meetings will you need? With whom?

5. Help Don’t Sell 
Understand client needs before sharing content or solutions – how is their business structured? Watch out for getting into “How” before “Results.”   

6. Align With Burning Business Issues 
Large organizations identify major strategic priorities and provide budget for those items. How can you align with those priorities (or at least line up with an existing budget category)?

7. "Spread your Wings”
There are limits to how far one Flag Bearer can go … We will cover how to grow your client relationships from within to ensure years of ongoing opportunities.
